- Build a country marketing plan that includes brand campaigns and partnerships to increase brand awareness and meet monthly targets.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our space.
- Collaborate with commercial team, management and other marketing colleagues, & aligning our department, team & individual goals.
- Deliver great experience to our partners when working with our organization by representing our brand and being our partners liaison internally.
- Forecast, measure and report results on various projects, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions incl. event partnerships.
- Attend relevant events to evangelize the company mission and find like minded individuals and companies to align with on future initiatives.
- Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, communications, PR, creative teams, digital, care, social media and marketing cross-markets collaboration.
- Come up with new ideas and initiatives to raise brand awareness across our different channels.
- Ensure all posts and communication are within the brand guidelines.
- Explore ways to further promote our brand with different stakeholders/partners.
- Conduct continuous surveys and focus groups to understand user behaviour.
- Oversee creative direction for campaigns and marketing activities.
