As the Organization Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness talent development and cultural alignment within our dynamic company. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to design implement and manage programs that enhance employee engagement foster professional growth and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Job Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning:
- Work with senior leadership to identify organizational development needs and align strategies with business goals.
- Develop implement and evaluate initiatives that support organizational objectives and enhance employee satisfaction.
Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts by developing strategies communication plans and training programs to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes or initiatives.
Leadership Development:
- Design and implement leadership development programs to identify and nurture highpotential talent within the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to senior leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Talent Management:
- Assess training needs and design deliver or source relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify skill gaps and work with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs.
- Spearhead the design implementation and evaluation of comprehensive learning programs to enhance the professional development of our employees.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs create engaging content and deliver effective training sessions that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Play a key role in talent development assess individual and team performance providing coaching and feedback to support career growth and succession planning.
- Utilize innovative learning methodologies and technologies ensuring our training initiatives are cuttingedge and relevant to the evolving needs of our workforce.
- Measure the impact of learning programs through data analysis continuously refining strategies to optimize employee development and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Performance Management:
- Lead the design implementation and enhancement of our performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a highperformance culture.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal systems providing guidance and support to managers in conducting fair and constructive performance evaluations.

Employee Engagement:
- Implement and manage employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and develop action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Foster a positive organizational culture through initiatives that promote diversity equity and inclusion.
Minimum Experience:
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR software and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
