- We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts.
- If you're passionate about identifying top talent, this role is for you!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead end-to-end recruitment processesDevelop and implement innovative sourcing strategiesCollaborate with department
- heads to understand hiring needsBuild and nurture strong relationships with candidatesSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE/GCCProven success in sourcing and placing candidates in diverse rolesStrong knowledge of recruitment trends and best practicesProven experience in Talent Acquisition,
- preferably in managerial roleExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent English communication skillsPositions:
- 2 (Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist)
