Property Manager

• Efficiently involved in scouting for property acquisition opportunities for new store development/retail

expansion across existing and new territories.

• Responsible for Identifying domestic/international retail projects in the Middle East and other identified /

target countries

• Liaison / Coordinate with existing and new developers to scout for potential retail space

• Meet Landlords, negotiate deals, ensure financial viability, assess store performance, and then managing renewal process and legal process for Lease review.

• Coordinate with the Finance team for payment of rentals or any other related financial issues

• Follow up on on-going property negotiations

• Coordinate with the Legal team for lease renewals or any other pending legal-related issues like contract

modifications and convey the same to Mall Management / Property Developers / Owners

• Negotiating lease terms with property owners and property management companies.

• Coordinating and scheduling lease applications and adhering to compliance requirements.
