• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Maintain customer records and update customer information
• Provide customer service training to new agents
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed Requirements: • At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Good level of project management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of customer service software Salary Range: 8848.5 - 6845.25 in local currency This is a Part-Time positio
