Job Description

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters related to real estate development property management and investment activities.
• Draft review and negotiate a variety of legal documents contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local laws regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders external legal counsel and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes effectively.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and precedents.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the companys interests.
• Provide legal support in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions or partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in Law; Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience with a focus on real estate property management and investment.
• Prior experience working as a legal consultant in prestigious law firms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations pertaining to real estate and investments
