Land Surveyor Bridge Maintenance Project

• Conduct land and engineering surveys for bridge maintenance rehabilitation and construction projects.
• Perform site surveys measurements and setting out works as per approved drawings and project requirements.
• Establish survey control points benchmarks and reference coordinates for project activities.
• Carry out topographic surveys alignment checks level surveys and as-built surveys for bridge structures and related works.
• Prepare survey reports drawings and documentation accurately and maintain proper survey records.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers Site Engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Verify site dimensions levels and positions of structural elements before and during construction activities.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment including Total Station GPS Auto Level and other survey instruments.
• Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications quality standards and safety requirements.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and final project documentation.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and approved drawings.

Qualifications :

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Surveying Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in bridge construction bridge maintenance infrastructure or civil engineering projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience in setting out and surveying works for bridges roads and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of surveying methods calculations and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.

Additional Information :

• Proficient in operating Total Station GPS Auto Level and surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of bridge and civil construction activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey measurements.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage survey activities effectively.
• Knowledge of UAE project standards and requirements.
