About the role

The Key Account Manager will focus on identifying opportunities and creating sustainable profitability for Kerry within the food service market with specific focus on key accounts in QSR.

Kerrys approach to the food service market requires a push and pull philosophy with both direct and indirect sales to support the Key accounts. The successful candidate will lead this activity in their market utilizing a complete menu management approach with applications and marketing support. We need someone with highly developed influencing and communication skills that can develop and maximize multilevel relationships in key customers to secure long term business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve budgeted targets while maximizing Kerrys profitability in the assigned food service key accounts across MENAT
  • Focus on developing new business across the menu as well as supporting and driving LTO offerings.
  • Be Kerrys food service expert in your market and capable of sharing trends and market insight both internally and externally
  • Identify and deliver a portfolio of quality growth projects
  • Work closely with marketing and culinary teams.
  • Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerrys existing business within the assigned region
  • Develop strong strategic relationships within the customers organization
  • Recommend and implement sound sustainable business pricing decisions
  • Learn and proactively apply Kerrys Insight Sales methodology
  • Uphold utmost compliance to Kerrys processes systems and tools

Qualifications and skills

  • Minimum 2 years Sales Management experience in the QSR Food Service industry.
  • Language proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally for business
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • A Bachelors Degree
  • Basic forecasting

Competencies Required:

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Highly developed influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to build multilevel relationships within a customer
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to think outside the box
