PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend technology projects including project planning execution monitoring and closure.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets and track progress against project milestones.
• Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Utilize project management software tools to track tasks timelines and dependencies.
• Implement Agile Kanban or Scrum methodologies to facilitate project execution and delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies proactively.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technology projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira Asana or Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of Agile Kanban and Scrum methodologies with experience in implementing these methodologies in technology projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in data technology projects is a plus.
• Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
