about the role

As a Junior Recruiter you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within nybl. You will collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify attract and evaluate qualified candidates for various positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings scheduling interviews and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment life cycle. 

responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards social media platforms professional networks and referrals to identify potential candidates. 

Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications conduct phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. 

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 

Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment tools. 

Interview Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of interview materials including candidate profiles interview guides and feedback forms. 

Recruitment Administration: Handle administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions posting job ads and managing candidate correspondence. 

Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience. 

Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. 

Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates. 

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge. 

required skills abilities and experience

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. 

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and Outlook. 

Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment. 

A proactive and resultsdriven approach with a passion for talent acquisition.
