Junior Art Director

responsibilities:

● Create designs and visual hierarchy systems, establish the design language, and

execute design direction, visual assets and presentation materials

● Oversee design and production of daily and weekly assets by product type

● Meet marketing objectives and strategies and adhere to tight deadlines

● Collaborate with production to plan outside production shoots, including location,

models, story-boards and writing of copy

● Develop effective use of graphics deployment to maximize effectiveness

● Review creative briefs for incoming jobs and develop creative direction in a collaborative

effort based on the job request/requirements

● Organize and maintain a heavy workload in a fast-paced and changing environment

● Work with the Director of Creative to establish brand/event direction then manage the

process through asset creation.
