Junior Accountant - Guildhall

The Role
Guildhall a leading recruitment agency is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our client a prestigious holding company managing a real estate investment portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with some real estate experience to kickstart their career in accounting. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports Support the senior accounting team in daytoday accounting tasks Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Participate in monthend and yearend closing processes Help with adhoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field Some experience in accounting preferably in the real estate sector Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
