Italian Restaurant – Multiple Hospitality Positions

Our client a leading luxury hotel in Dubai is looking to recruit motivated hospitality professionals to join their Italian restaurant team.

The restaurant has approximately 150 seats across indoor and outdoor areas and offers authentic Italian cuisine alongside a full beverage and alcohol service.

• Food & Beverage Servers
• Bartender
• Hostess
• Commis Chefs

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Positive professional and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• For culinary positions experience in Italian cuisine is an advantage.
• Internship and trainee opportunities are also available.

• Accommodation provided shared accommodation up to 3 people per room.
• Residence facilities including gym and swimming pool.
• Health and life insurance.
• Transportation provided between accommodation and workplace.
• 6 days off per month.
• 30 days annual leave per year.
• Visa costs covered by the company.
• Visa processing takes approximately 23 weeks.
• 2-year employment contract for regular positions.
• Trainee programmes available from 6 months to 1 year.
