ملخص الوظيفة
An established investment platform is seeking an Associate to support direct investments and strategic transactions across infrastructure industrials and other key sectors.
Duties:
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across infrastructure industrial and other strategic sectors undertaking detailed financial commercial and strategic analysis.
- Build and review detailed financial models including valuation returns capital structure financing and scenario analysis.
- Conduct company sector and market research to assess industry dynamics competitive positioning growth opportunities and key investment risks.
- Support the full transaction lifecycle from initial screening and investment thesis development through due diligence valuation negotiation execution and completion.
- Prepare investment memoranda financial analysis and presentation materials for senior management and Investment Committee review.
Candidate Profile:
- Approximately 24 years experience in investment banking ideally at a bulge bracket or leading advisory firm.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with demonstrable M&A or transaction execution experience.
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
- An opportunity to move into principal investing with exposure to international transactions and active portfolio ownership.
