Position: International Trader Beer Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends consumer preferencesand demand patterns in the global beer market.
• Analyze market dynamics competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with breweries distributors and retailers worldwide.
• Negotiate favorable terms pricing and contracts with suppliers and buyers to optimize trading outcomes.
• Oversee the endtoend execution of beer trading transactions including order processing shipping arrangements and delivery coordination.
• Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and costeffective movement of beer products across borders.
• Identify and assess risks associated with international trade such as currency fluctuations geopolitical instability and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard against potential disruptions to trading activities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations trade agreements and licensing requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including customs forms shipping records and trade documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure alignment in delivering exceptional service and support to clients
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in key regions and market segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing initiatives promotional campaigns and product offerings to drive growth in beer trading

Requirements for the role

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance International Trade or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in international trade preferably within the beverage or alcohol industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  Proficiency in logistics management supply chain operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus particularly those relevant to key beer trading markets
