Insurance Liaison Officer

Study Insurance EnquiryForwarding Enquiries to Insurance Companies for quotes.Follow up with Insurance Companies and Clients for further requirements.Evaluation, Comparison and Negotiations of quotations sent by the Insurance companies.Visiting Insurance companies with regards to quotations and proposals if required.Forwarding final quote to customer.Issuing Policies from Insurance Companies after final approval of the customer.Issuing motor policies from the Portal access being provided to us.Make a list of proposals that are received, Policies that have been issued and Also the list of Policies that require renewals.Collect and Review Daily Activity Report from Sales PersonReview Weekly Activity Report.Cross examine with Accounts department with regards to the policies issue Strong Interpersonal Skills and communication skills, both written and oral.Negotiation skills and ability to influence others.Ability to absorb technical information.Confident decision making skills.Numeracy and statistical skills.Problem solving skills and a logical approach to work.Self-motivation.Sound judgement.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Team working skills but also a willingness to work using your own initiative.Customer service skills.MS Office
