HR Manager – Regulated Forex Broker

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function for the Dubai office and support group entities as needed
  
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales dealing compliance finance and support teams working with internal managers and external agencies
  
• Oversee onboarding offboarding contracts visas and Emirates ID processes in line with UAE Labour Law
  
• Run payroll inputs WPS compliance benefits administration and medical insurance
  
• Build and maintain HR policies the employee handbook and internal procedures
  
• Support regulatory requirements: fit-and-proper checks background screening staff training records and HR documentation for audits
  
• Manage performance reviews KPI frameworks and commission/bonus structures in partnership with management
  
• Handle employee relations disciplinary and grievance processes
  
• Drive engagement retention and culture initiatives across a multinational workforce
  
• Report HR metrics (headcount turnover time-to-hire cost-per-hire) to senior management
  

Requirements / Must-haves

• 5 years of HR experience with at least 23 years in an HR Manager or HR generalist lead role
  
• Must have Forex (FX/CFD) industry experience (mandatory) ideally within a regulated brokerage
  
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law visa processes and WPS or the ability to get up to speed quickly if relocating
  
• Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment for sales-driven teams
  
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and payroll processes
  
• Strong communication stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  
• Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic Russian or other European languages are an advantage)
  
• Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field; CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage
