• Sources advertising opportunities and develops relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline at a competitive price (digital, print, electronic, outdoor).
• Consistent quality lead generation to make sure all providers' schedules are up to maximum capacity at all times.
• Main core focus on digital advertising and managing all in-house.
• Manages the execution of the set advertising and media plan : this includes liaison with agencies and brands for artwork adaptation and approval, reviewing ads
• Responsible for art direction and content generation.
• Provide tools and materials to enable the sales / call center team to function effectively.
• Continuous analysis of market trends and positioning of competitors.
• Analysis of customer behavior and experience data.
• Provides marketing research data by analyzing in-house sales trends
• Prepares regular reports and frequent updates to administration staff.
• Plans, organizes and attends promotional events and launches.
• Arrange outdoor and indoor marketing activities in coordination with the Doctors & other providers.
• Responsible for the advertising, copywriting, brochures, press releases, Q&As and media relations.
• Responsible for the promotion of company CSR.
• Train and monitor sales / call center staff.
• Maintains updated lists of journalists and industry related service providers
• Manages the production and distribution of all marketing & POS material including proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
• Maximizes the use of all social media platforms.
• Develops the social media strategy both using organic and paid-for advertising.
• Makes sure website is constantly updated and user-friendly.
• Recruitment, induction and training of receptionists and call center agents.
• Appraisals and performance management of reception and call center staff, including regular meetings.
• Leading, monitoring, motivating, and inspiring the team providing guidance and support.
• Reviews existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of Front of House (FOH) Services.
• On-going development of skills and knowledge for the FOH team.
• Produces, manages, and operates the reception working schedule checking future planned absences, planning cover and ensuring overtime is provided when necessary.
• Manages implementation for any change / upgrade in software systems
• Monitors marketing campaign spending against budget and weekly reporting.
• Liaises with marketing vendors for quotes and proposals and ensures quality control for procured material.
