Website Development Manager

This diverse, collaborative non-profit is focused on providing equity to low-to-moderate-income communities through clean energy They are seeking an innovative, diligent Website Development Manager to maintain, update, and secure their In this role, you will oversee website functionality, evaluate performance, and ensure website content is fresh & You will also be responsible for developing and evolving the company s proprietary subscriber management platform and collaborating with IT consultants on security This is a full-time, permanent position based in Washington, , with a hybrid schedule (in-office twice a month for two days at a time).
Requirements
Must Haves
- At least 4 years of content management experience utilizing Modx (preferred), WordPress, or similar
- 4+ years of front-end (HTML, CSS, Sass, JS, and/or jQuery) and back-end development experience (PHP and/or MySQL)
- Proven background programming, developing, maintaining, and updating websites
- Proficiency with Salesforce and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
- Demonstrated strong resource planning and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree

- Relevant IT, coding, or computer programming certifications
