1. Work closely with corporate HR to localize company policies and procedures, and ensure suitability with relevant market and labour requirements
2. Support the centralized corporate payroll unit, ensuring all statutory deductions are appropriately handled and all payments are made according to schedule (monthly and annual basis).
3. Assume full responsibility for the medical insurance plans in assigned countries. Research and recommend enhancements to the policies, keeping in mind corporate standards, handle all related employee issues, and ensure premiums are properly calculated, distributed and communicated to the master keeper and payroll.
4. Supervise all immigration related matters (visas, residencies, special re-entry permits....etc.) and keep track of expiry dates, changes in requirements, etc.
5. Responsible for the complete onboarding process, including ensuring completion of the new hire set-up, paperwork, formalities, etc.
