- Reporting to the Citizen Services & Defense Operations Director, the General Manager will be accountable for the stakeholder relationships across wide and varied client representatives.
- The overall delivery and performance of a multiservice Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract will be one of the main responsibilities.
- The services include but are not limited to Estates Management (including all maintenance, specialist systems maintenance, projects & capital works and life cycle programs), Support Services (including Helpdesk, Customer & Guest liaison, Catering & Hospitality, Sports & Recreation, Transport, Mail, Portering and Office Services), Soft Services (including Cleaning, Specialist cleaning, Waste Management, Pest Control and Landscaping Services).
- The General Manager will also drive and deliver the transformation program of this second-generation IFM service delivery contract. Ensure the implementation of a new integrated asset management technology platform is delivered on-time and fully functioning as per contract commitment.
- Manage the Serco Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) delivery team and their appointed specialist providers.
