As the General Manager for the GCC you will act as the endtoend leader of our business in Dubai and beyond Wheelys fastestgrowing market. Early data is signaling to us tremendous potential within the GCC and the broader Gulf region and were excited to be doubling down and bringing someone on to work directly with our Founders and Executive Team to lead the growth of our business while being laserfocused on ensuring unparalleled service quality.

We are looking for a crossfunctional dynamic and ambitious leader with 7 years of experience in investment banking consulting or other highintensity highgrowth environment whos passionate about our product hospitality/luxury/transportation and is looking to take a significant step in their career. You will be the face of the brand embodying and promoting our core values internally and externally.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of luxury transportation in the UAE and the broader Gulf region while contributing to Wheelys global success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall commercial operations strategy partnership and growth in the UAE market
• Lead and develop highperforming crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment with Wheelys global standards and local market needs
• Drive business development identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for expansion and partnerships
• Collaborate with the central CX team to maintain high standards of service quality aligning with Wheelys luxury brand ethos
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers partners and government entities
• Lead the UAE business reviews while continuously driving urgency in execution and roadmap prioritization across stakeholders and the local team
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Wheelys privacyfirst approach
• Lead and mentor a highperforming team promoting Wheelys culture of excellence and innovation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with global teams to share insights best practices and support Wheelys international growth

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance or related field.
• 7 years of experience in investment banking or consulting followed by a senior role in highgrowth tech environments
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Deep understanding of the UAE market culture and business practices
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality luxury and transportation
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus
