Abo Ali Restaurant & Cafe, a renowned establishment serving guests since 1997 with a delectable array of Egyptian, seafood, and international dishes in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Male Floor Supervisor (Captain Order) with their UAE visa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and service staff to ensure seamless service.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

- Coordinate with waiters, cashiers, and kitchen staff for efficient operations.

- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to grooming standards.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and restaurant protocols.

- Assist in staff training initiatives and coordinate shifts effectively.

Requirements & Skills:

- Male candidate with a valid UAE visa.

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- Prior experience as a Floor Supervisor (Captain Order) or similar role preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities.

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and service best practices.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
