• Assist with restaurant reservations and VIP guest arrangements.

• Maintain and update departmental records filing systems and databases.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all F&B offerings menus promotions and events.

• Ensure smooth information flow between F&B management and operational staff.

• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns.

• Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts.

• Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate.
