Experienced SME Advisor Profile, Power Systems Cluster, Emirates

• Client > Newly established government-owned sovereign wealth fund in Emirates established in January 2026 to focus on real estate infrastructure development and economic diversification

• Ideal Candidate > Senior manufacturing leader with 20–25 years at a global power equipment OEM (Hitachi Energy Siemens Energy GE Vernova Schneider or equivalent) across multiple product lines.

• Requirements needed > Proven greenfield factory delivery including site selection through layout and commissioning ideally part of industrial park or energy cluster. Strong preference for candidate having experience in activating industrial park / cluster. The candidate must be able to advise on footprint connected load crane and bay specifications infrastructure requirements from industrial park (e.g. power water needs heavy-cargo logistics). Sound commercial judgment on minimum efficient scale including what justifies local manufacturing at realistic regional volumes versus assembly or import.

• Rates > These individuals are expected to bring a high economic impact to the fund leveraging their track record in driving growth profitability and enterprise value creation within complex organizations. Extremely interesting daily rates offered.
