Role Overview: As a Remote Executive Search Consultant you will play a key role in driving business development managing client accounts and executing endtoend executive search processes. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business development account management headhunting networking and candidate shortlisting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business development activities to identify and secure new client partnerships.
  
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients understanding their talent needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
• Utilize headhunting techniques and networking to identify and engage toptier executive candidates.
  
• Conduct indepth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client roles.
  
• Lead endtoend executive search processes from client consultation to candidate placement.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends market intelligence and talent landscapes.
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant or in a similar role.
  
• Strong background in business development and account management.
  
• Demonstrated success in headhunting networking and building candidate pipelines.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  
• Familiarity with executive recruitment best practices.
  
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms.
