Assist the Hospital Patient Monitoring Growth Region

Leaderwith all administrative organizational and operational matters.

Your role:

Performing all standard supporting tasks like Agenda Management mailscreening processing and prioritizing for the Hospital Patient Monitoring Growth Region Leader
Organizing (and hosting) meetings events (video) conferences web casts; conducts various (analytical) special projects especially involving budgets and preparations for Senior management meetings.
Creating draft letters/mails/ office documents/meeting minutes/ PowerPoints
Aligning activities and processes with the demands of the Executive We are working in a hybrid model.
Youre the right fit if you have :



Bachelors degree

57 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational and diverse environment

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to solve problems independently as well as performing proactively.

Perfect command of written and spoken English

Ok to travel internationally for events meetings etc.

Preferably experience in Healthcare sector as an assistant
