Al Massa Contracting is looking for experienced engineering professionals to join our team for upcoming projects in the UAE.

1. Senior Planning Engineer

• Strong construction background.
• Expertise in project planning and schedule management.
• Strong knowledge of claims, delays, and EOT preparation.
• Experience in Primavera P6 is preferred.

2. QA/QC Engineer

• Strong experience in construction quality control.
• Good knowledge of PQP, ITP, MOS, and quality procedures.
• Experience in material submittals and consultant coordination.
• Strong knowledge of inspection and documentation requirements.

3. HSE Engineer

• Proven experience in construction site safety.
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, and safety regulations.
• Experience with ALDAR HSE requirements and procedures is preferred.

4. Mechanical Coordinator

• Strong experience in MEP coordination.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of MEP engineering activities and documentation, including Shop Drawings (SHD), Material Submittals (MS), Method Statements (MOS), WIR, MIR, etc.
• Experience in identifying and resolving site clashes and coordination issues.

5. Technical Engineer – Architectural

• Strong construction and architectural technical background.
• Experience in reviewing and coordinating architectural shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of material submittals, method statements, WIR, MIR, RFIs, and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Experience in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
• Strong consultant and subcontractor coordination skills.

✅ Abu Dhabi construction experience is mandatory.

✅ Relevant UAE construction experience is preferred.

✅ Candidates must have strong communication and coordination skills.

✅ Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
