As an Employee Relations Manager you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the company and its employees. Your primary responsibility is to promote a healthy work environment address workplace concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. You will collaborate with HR teams managers and employees to resolve conflicts conduct investigations and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any Social Science discipline
- Minimum of five (5) years work experience in Human Resources
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
