E-Invoice Product Lead

We are hiring an experienced E-Invoice Product Lead for our client to drive the business strategy product roadmap customer implementation and operational success of their E-Invoicing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE E-Invoicing regulations Peppol frameworks ERP integrations and product management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the E-Invoicing business and product strategy.
• Lead customer onboarding implementation and delivery.
• Manage customer and partner relationships including escalations.
• Coordinate with FTA and Peppol ecosystem stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption customer retention and revenue growth.
• Monitor implementation pipelines service levels and compliance readiness.
• Collaborate with development teams on product enhancements.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.

Key Requirements:

• 812 years of relevant experience preferably in SaaS ERP Tax Technology EDI Peppol or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of UAE E-Invoicing and Peppol.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Tally or ERPNext.
• Proven experience in product management and implementation delivery.
• Strong understanding of business and financial processes.
• Excellent customer engagement stakeholder management and project governance skills.
