Digital Marketing Specialist - Urgent Hire

• Work with matrixed engineering teams, technical managers, and business units to define & document project objectives, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and project deliverables for enterprise application projects
  
• Manage global projects, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure that goals are completed as specified
  
• Lead various project meetings, including routine core team working sessions, steering committee, and sponsor reviews
  
• Create a document repository for project documents, deliverables, and reports
  
• Manage and build trusted relationships with teams and stakeholders
  
• Innovate and implement new ideas for continuous and sustainable improvement, including process enhancements that reduce cost, achieve team satisfaction, and improve enterprise-level support
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working as a technical project manager or delivering projects related to IT
  
• Experience with managing and influencing teams across multiple geographies
  
• Willingness to travel (~20%)
  
• Strong knowledge of programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Jira, and Confluence
  
• Effective communication skills, ability to prepare and present presentations to stakeholders and various levels of employee populations
  
• Knowledge of project life cycle management and development methods such as Scrum and Agile
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the abilities toward creative thinking and tactical planning, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational prioritization, conflict resolution, and facilitating decisions
  
• Sensitivity to cultural differences and market conditions
