We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 58 years of experience to develop customise integrate and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on delivering robust CRM functionality automation integrations and data migration solutions aligned with business requirements.

We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with 58 years of experience to develop customise integrate and enhance CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role will focus on delivering robust CRM functionality automation integrations and data migration solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
- Design and develop plug-ins custom business logic workflows and CRM components.
- Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate.
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 Power Platform and external/enterprise systems.
- Perform data migration including data mapping transformation validation and migration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations integrations and automation.
- Follow development standards and best practices to ensure solution quality scalability security and maintainability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants technical leads and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and support testing deployment and post-implementation activities.
- 58 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and development.
- Experience developing plug-ins workflows and custom CRM components.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Proven experience with CRM integrations and data migration.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 APIs data models security and solution management.
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Dynamics 365 customisations and enhancements.
- Plug-ins workflows and custom components.
- Power Platform-based automation.
- CRM integrations with external systems.
- Data migration and validation activities.
- Technical documentation testing and implementation support.
