Responsibilities
The Technical Analyst provides highlevel support to all Dynamics AX ERP system users across multiple regions. They ensure all technical requests are handled within the agreed Service Level Agreement. Additionally the role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of the Dynamics Support Team (DST) projects they are assigned in line with business requirements.
Skills required
Soft Skills:
Seeking a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills a proactive approach excellent problemsolving ability conflict resolution and critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize requests.
Functional and Technical skills :
Technical knowledge in Dynamics AX 2012 and DAX2009 with experience in D365. Skilled in SQL Server Administration and Management. Proficient in Citrix and ThinPrint enduser management.
Good understanding of the support and Administration process of D365/DAX2012/2009.

Functional and Technical skills :
Educational requirements
Seeking a Computer Science graduate with 23 years of experience in Technical Support and Administration for Dynamics AX 2012 and D365. Must have a proven record in enterprise project development and delivery. Experience in DAX2009 is a plus.
