Black Pearl Consult is looking for a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Agent to support daily customer service operations in Sajja Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries processing orders coordinating deliveries resolving complaints and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills experience in customer service and preferably knowledge of ERP systems particularly Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls emails WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with product information order status availability pricing and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders and update relevant information in the companys ERP system preferably Odoo.
- Coordinate with warehouse logistics sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders deliveries exchanges and returns.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records service requests and communication history.
- Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on any delays or changes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration Customer Service or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in customer service preferably within furniture retail or trading industries.
- Good knowledge of customer service procedures order processing and delivery coordination.
- Experience using Odoo ERP software is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Odoo Sales Inventory and customer order management modules is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Sajja Sharjah.
