- The HR Manager will support business leaders in the implementation of business strategy and implement and maintain HR initiatives to ensure the ongoing success of the organization by having an engaged and motivated workforce.
- Liaise with functional and operational management to develop and implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization ' s overall human resource strategy.
- Evaluate the country's workforce needs (headcount, salary costs, etc.) to maintain control of fixed costs and recommend changes to the HR approach.
- Develop annual HR budgets in line with global budgeting guidelines.
- Direct, evaluate, and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets.
