Shop Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervising and training
- Creating and managing the staff, maintenance, and work
- Overseeing work to anticipate, detect, and address factors that impede
- Enforcing safety regulations and
- Conducting performance reviews with
- Meeting with management to deliver feedback and develop work optimization
- Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational
- Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and
- Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as
- Performing administrative tasks such as updating and filing equipment orders, stock receipts, and staff
- Manage the warehouse/shop ;
Must be proficient in tasks of all other positions
Execute all tasks provided by Operational Manager or Directors within the set deadline

Requirements
Shop Foreman Requirements:
- High school diploma or
- Valid drivers
- At least one years experience as a shop foreman or
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and
- A great understanding of work optimization
- Good knowledge of the applicable safety regulations and
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong leadership
- Good time management and problem-solving
- A willingness to work long hours and overtime, if
- Advanced understanding of metal, wood, plastic forming machinery and equipment use, maintenance and ;
- Advanced understanding of electrical motors, wiring, repair, and
- Advanced understanding of metal structural ;
- Advanced understanding of PVC plumbing and
- Ability to read, understand and build products from CAD ;
Strong leadership skills - must have experience in managing people in a leadership role
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
