We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Commissioning Manager in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Engineering & Construction sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
- Lead and manage commissioning activities from planning through final handover.
- Develop commissioning plans schedules procedures checklists and execution strategies.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across engineering construction operations vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor system readiness and ensure equipment and installations meet approved project specifications.
- Review commissioning documentation test records punch lists and completion dossiers.
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with applicable quality safety and project requirements.
- Identify commissioning risks technical issues and schedule constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Provide commissioning progress updates and support final system acceptance and project handover.
- Commissioning Management Ability to plan coordinate monitor and close commissioning activities across complex projects.
- Testing & Commissioning Strong understanding of equipment and system testing verification and acceptance processes.
- Project Coordination Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering construction vendor and operations teams.
- Quality & Safety Compliance Knowledge of commissioning quality controls and safe execution practices.
- Commissioning Documentation Ability to manage procedures checklists test records punch lists and handover documentation.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning packages.
- Familiarity with project completion and handover systems.
- Strong technical reporting and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

Proficiency in ERP software for procurement tracking and reporting. Hands-on experience in managing LPO cycles (Open & Closed LPOs). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word Excel). Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi.
