On behalf of our client one of Dubais premier real estate organizations is looking to add a Commercial Valuer to join their dynamic team.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare commercial valuation reports and ensure adherence to terms of engagement and local and international standards
- Conduct property inspections and keep accurate inspection notes
- Prepare location and property descriptions
- Ensure that reports data collection date recording inspections and recommendations comply with RICS and RERA guidelines
- Create comprehensive rental and sales prices for various unit types
- Stay abreast of commercial market trends sales prices and rental rates
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Real Estate or Land Administration
- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in UAE Real Estate is required
- Proficient in Microsoft office and other relevant software
- Valid driving license is a must
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
