Cluster Reservations Agent

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reservation and booking processes for multiple hotels within a cluster
• Train and supervise a team of reservation agents to ensure optimal performance and customer service
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to reservations and bookings
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and bookings
• Develop and implement strategies to increase reservation and booking efficiency and revenue
• Communicate regularly with hotel management and staff to ensure seamless coordination of services
• Analyze and report reservation and booking trends to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel operations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Arabic Speaker is MUST.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hotel industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and software
• Ability to analyze data and report on trends
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
