PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 15 years track record in senior positions in IT companies or IT positions in a given industry

• Experience in creating aspirationnal, mega deals in IT transformation

• Very good knowledge of a given industry, in a given country, having the relationship with some CXOs of the industry and its ecosystem

• Capacity to articulate a Oracle unique value proposition based on capabilities and taking into account industry trends and tailored to client context

• Being able to build high level client business case (financial acumen)

• Ability to develop the relations with CXO

• Drive end to end engagement process

• Exceptional collaboration skills to achieve the best results in the context of multiLOBs involved and account team in charge of the client
