Civil Engineer

At dream com, a leading company in the construction industry based in Dubai, we are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will contribute significantly to the planning, design, and execution of various infrastructure projects, ensuring that all engineering tasks meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evaluate engineering designs for infrastructure projects

Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure project specifications are met

Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress

Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation

Implement best practices in civil engineering and construction processes

Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proficient in engineering software and design tools

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

4–7 years of experience in civil engineering or related fields

Knowledge of construction materials and methods

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification

Experience with sustainable design practices

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
