Chief Accounting Manager

You will be..

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support effective decision-making by senior management.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all required financial reports and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions, such as revenue recognition, leases, and intercompany transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, acting as a primary contact for auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit requirements.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a multinational company or consultancy firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP), financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
