We are looking for a skilled Carpenter will be responsible for layout installation repairing finishing and maintaining various structures fixtures and buildings. This position will support the Facilities Engineer in designing cutting and measuring materials according to ASPM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints sketches or design plans

• Measure cut and shape wood metal or other materials. Use hand and power tools such as saws drills and sanders to create or modify structures.

• Assemble and install framework cabinets shelves doors and other wooden or metal components.

• Install or repair building fixtures such as windows stairs or molding

• Collaborate with architects contractors and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site promoting a safe working environment for all team members

• Keep accurate records of work performed and time spent on each project.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of carpentry experience in a facilities or property maintenance setting

• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry

• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy materials
