As aBusiness Development Manager MICE you drive revenue growth by developing and managing meetings incentives conferences and events business. And you will build strong relationships with corporate clients event organizers and agencies to maximize revenue. Also you will align sales strategies with the hotels luxury positioning and large-scale event capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify develop and manage MICE accounts to achieve rooms banquet and event revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners PCOs and MICE agencies.
• Prepare and negotiate group contracts proposals and event packages in coordination with operations teams.
• Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies within the UAE MICE segment.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows sales missions site inspections and networking events.

About You:

• Strong knowledge of the UAE MICE market event planning processes and group contracting.
• Excellent negotiation sales and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage complex proposals large-scale events and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication presentation and coordination skills across departments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast budget and track MICE performance.
• Highly organized proactive and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality management Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Sales Revenue Management or Marketing are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
