Business Development Manager

Position Overview: Our prestigious client in Manufacturing industry is in search of an accomplished individual for the role of Business Development Manager. The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record of 5 to 10 years in the industrial market demonstrating a robust background in overseeing operations within the specified sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives in alignment with the companys goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
• Open to frequent travel including visits to other Gulf Countries to meet clients understand market dynamics and strengthen business relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and potential risks.
• Lead sales initiatives independently managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Personally engage with key clients and participate in customer visits.
• Leverage past experience in multinational companies to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business management Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience of 5 10 years in a leadership role within the industrial market.
• Demonstrated success in business development and market expansion.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a multinational company is highly desirable.
• Resultsdriven proactive and selfmotivated.
