Hybrid position located in Dubai with flexibility for some remote work. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating clients insurance needs and recommending suitable insurance policies to ensure that clients are adequately covered. The Insurance Sales Specialist will provide excellent customer service while building longlasting relationships with clients and keeping up to date with new insurance products and regulations. A Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field Minimum of 23 years experience in sales preferably in the insurance industry with a sales portfolio not less than 5 million AED. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be detailoriented organized and have excellent time management skills Good mathematical problemsolving and analytical skills Hold a valid license for insurance sales Experience with relevant software and tools
