As a Business Development Manager you will lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. Your role involves strategic planning market research identifying sales opportunities in the market and collaboration with the team to achieve revenue targets. Identifying potential sales prospects in the market and assessing the feasibility of these prospects based on their alignment with current requirements versus speculative opportunities that have a low likelihood of materializing. Evaluating the profitability of deals in accordance with corporate guidelines and considering the financial health of clients and projects in line with the companys interests. Implementing effective strategies to identify and expand our market share. Proactively monitoring and achieving sales targets in accordance with key performance indicators and established guidelines both at the end of the fiscal year and at the start of a new year.
