Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Arrival and Departure
   • Greet arriving guests with a welcoming smile and assist with luggage handling
   • Escort guests to their rooms providing information about the resorts facilities and services
   • Assist guests during the checkout process handling luggage and transportation arrangements
2. Luggage Services
   • Handle guest luggage with care ensuring it is transported to and from rooms promptly
   • Provide assistance with packing and unpacking if requested by guests
   • Maintain knowledge of the resort layout to guide guests efficiently
3. Communication
   • Communicate effectively with the front office concierge and other departments to ensure seamless service
   • Provide information about local attractions transportation options and resort services
4. Guest Assistance
   • Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests
   • Act as a resource for guests answering questions and providing information
5. Safety and Security
   • Maintain a vigilant eye on the arrival and departure areas ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings
   • Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the appropriate department
6. Valet Services
   • Provide valet services for guests vehicles ensuring efficient and secure parking
   • Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request
