Bar Manager

Join a newly opened high-end Italian venue in Dubai and lead the bar operations of an intimate sophisticated lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar and lounge operations ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead train and motivate the bar team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Manage beverage quality inventory stock control and cost efficiency.
• Develop innovative cocktails and maintain high standards of beverage presentation.
• Ensure smooth service flow and a welcoming premium lounge atmosphere.
• Drive guest satisfaction repeat business and revenue growth.
• Maintain compliance with hygiene safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Bar & Lounge Manager in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails spirits wines and beverage operations.
• Excellent leadership communication and guest relationship skills.
• Experience in high-end restaurants cocktail lounges or premium lifestyle venues is preferred.
• Italian or Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
• A polished personality with a passion for premium hospitality and service excellence.
