ملخص الوظيفة
Advise clients on suitable corporate and personal banking solutions based on business activity nationality and residency status.
Manage end-to-end bank account opening for Mainland Free Zone Offshore DIFC/ADGM and Holding entities as well as individual clients.
Review incorporation and KYC documents to ensure compliance with bank and UAE Central Bank requirements.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and follow up until accounts are successfully activated.
Advise on KYC AML UBO Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) cases.
Liaise with Sales Operations Compliance and Accounting teams to deliver seamless client service.
Maintain regular client communication providing timely updates and resolving concerns professionally.
Support cross-selling of MSZs broader services including company formation PRO accounting tax and Golden Visa services.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in corporate and/or personal bank account opening.
Established relationships with UAE banks (e.g. Emirates NBD ADCB Mashreq FAB RAKBANK HSBC UAE Wio Bank or similar).
Strong knowledge of UAE banking compliance KYC AML UBO SOF and SOW requirements.
Experience with company formation or corporate service providers is an advantage.
Working knowledge of KYC AML UBO Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) requirements including EDD cases as per the UAE Central Bank.
Established relationships with UAE banks (Emirates NBD ADCB Mashreq FAB RAKBANK HSBC UAE Wio Bank or similar).

Required Skills:
